Sysdig is seeking a talented Customer Solutions Engineer to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in helping customers harness the power of our industry-leading cloud security and monitoring platform. In this position, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and architect customized solutions that enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions, designing implementation strategies, performing proof-of-concepts, and providing hands-on support during onboarding and adoption phases. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with Sysdig's runtime visibility and threat detection capabilities.
