• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams
• Deep expertise in Java development and streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, or similar real-time data processing frameworks
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance software systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices
