• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in GNC systems design, development, and analysis
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C++, and Python for modeling and simulation
• Strong knowledge of control theory, Kalman filtering, and sensor fusion techniques
• Experience with aerospace or defense Projects, including flight software integration
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret level or higher)
