• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on HPC environments
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, including kernel tuning and performance optimization
• Expertise in parallel computing frameworks such as MPI, OpenMP, and CUDA
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage systems (e.g., Lustre, GPFS), and hardware acceleration
• Experience with cluster management tools like Slurm, PBS, or Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hybrid HPC setups
