• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and AI integration in web applications
• Proficiency in building scalable, performant React applications using tools like Redux, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow.js, LangChain, or similar for agentic systems
• Strong skills in system design, API development (REST/GraphQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of leading engineering teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
