• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services or banking
• Proven expertise in designing cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and security protocols
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to mentor junior architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF (preferred)
