• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, pipelines, or big data systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Kafka
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures for high-volume, real-time data processing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards in a financial context
